The workshop
This website is operated by JP Enterprises Traditional Archery, Jim and Mara Pyles, at 22815 Coffelt Rd, Saint Mary, MO 63673. By using the site or placing an order, you are dealing with the workshop. Questions can go to 636-346-6023 or the contact form.
Orders
Descriptions, prices, and availability can change. In-stock items are offered while supplies last. Custom arrows, custom bow strings, and other made-to-order work are built to the colors and specifications you provide. If you are unsure about string length, arrow spine, or fit, call the workshop before you order.
Custom work
Custom equipment is made for you. Contact us as soon as you can if you need to change or cancel an order. Once the workshop has started that work, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to custom orders over $150. Equipment is inspected at the workshop before it ships. Hours are by appointment, and we may be away at traditional archery events, so a shipping date can move if we are on the road.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including shipping. Payment is collected through the method offered on the checkout page.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with the shop, use someone else’s account, or copy our product photos and descriptions to sell the same goods.
